Half and hour turnaround for a support ticket that I thought was
nigh on impossible to achieve! Credit must be given where it is
due! (What's more, it was not even marked as 'high' urgency
- only medium urgency)!
I can't say that I know of many companies these days that would
place such importance on customer service!

I came into the role of webmaster as someone with very little
experience and Simon Richardson and co held my hand, explained
technicalities, resolved difficulties and all with a lot of
grace and a remarkably quick response time. My experience of two
or three sites hosted by GodsWeb has been consistently good.
I have never experienced a site down and unavailable, or even
slow – the speed of access is up with the best.
I would unhesitatingly recommend GodWeb/Christianhosts to any
church or ministry, even where audio and video require high
bandwidth. They offer top-grade Unix hosting with all the right
server-side facilities at remarkably reasonable cost.
Their low-cost hosting is not so much cheap as very, very
affordable for people on a low budget.
I know plenty of ministries who are paying several times as much
and not getting "the GodsWeb relationship". |
